Akashic Records are a sacred and intentional space accessed for guidance, insight, and empowerment. Before your reading can take place, it is important that you read and understand the following information so that our work together is clear,, respectful, and aligned.

Preparing for Your Akashic Records Reading

To ensure clarity, integrity, and the highest quality connection during your Akashic Records reading, please review and honor the following guidelines. These are in place to protect your experience, your energy, and the sacred nature of the records.

Substance & Energy Preparation (Required)

To enter the records in a clear and grounded state:

  • No alcohol within 24 hours of your reading

  • No street or recreational drugs within 48 hours before your reading

  • No controlled substance within 24 hours before your reading

These substances interfere with clarity, energetic alignment, and the accuracy of information received

Questions & Scope of the Reading

Akashic Records honor free will. Because of this:

  • Question asking for absolute future outcomes beyond the present moment are not permitted.

  • The future is fluid and continuously changing

During Your Reading

  • You will be guided to drop into your heart space, located just below the sternum.

  • You will be asked to state your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government ID.

    This grants energetic permission to open your records.

  • Please prepare a couple of open-ended questions you would like to explore.

    Questions must invite exploration (not yes or no answers).

    Open-ended questions allow deeper insight and clarity.

  • A notebook and ink pen for notes

  • An open heart and grounded presence
