What is a Bad Mood Exactly?

A bad mood is an alteration of one’s perception of the world around them and themselves. What causes one’s mood to change to a negative state? The allowance of negative energies within or coming into our energy field. Why does it put one in a bad mood? The energy, whether interior or exterior, is charged by an emotional vibration of a negative. It is easy to be the effect and absorb the negative energies, putting one in a bad mood. But what if one takes a step back and becomes the cause? By being the cause we reclaim our emotional space; thereby, allowing our good mood to continue without absorption from the effectual influences. The next time one finds themselves in a bad mood, identify the influencer and become the cause.
